Miro
2022 to now- Content ExplorerAdmins could manage users and teams, but not content: support handled about 2,000 bulk-change requests a quarter. I designed Content Explorer; 480 admins used it in the first public-beta week.Password protected
- Miro AnalyticsInsights was the least opened page in Miro: five widgets, untouched for four years. We rebuilt analytics for Enterprise admins, and it now draws over 1,000 visits a week.Password protected
- Miro Enterprise GuardOver half of Miro's ARR came from its top 500 customers. I led the design of Enterprise Guard, the first add-on, which made more money than expected two years running.Password protected
Egnyte
2014 to 2021- Egnyte as a product platformEgnyte's leaders wanted a platform but had not defined one. I moderated two days of workshops, helped run an 18-point audit, then redesigned top bars, billing and self-served migration.Password protected
- Data Access ManagementIT admins governed content access without knowing who should see what. With the PM, I designed Data Owners: business people who share the job, under admin control.Password protected
